Required Qualifications:

• Support and maintain IBM z/OS mainframe environments and related system components
• Utilize mainframe utilities such as JCL, TSO, IDCAMS, and SORT for batch processing and system operations
• Monitor and optimize system and application performance, identifying bottlenecks and tuning accordingly
• Manage and schedule batch jobs using tools like Control-M or equivalent schedulers
• Perform debugging, testing, and preparation of test data for system changes and enhancements
• Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and operational guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users and technical staff, to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Support change management processes and deployment activities using tools such as BMC ISPW
• Work with tools like MXG and SAS for z/OS for performance reporting and analytics
• Ensure system reliability, availability, and compliance with enterprise standards
• Provide production support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis
• Mentor team members and support knowledge transfer initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
