Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer and Information Systems Managers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Lead the planning, prioritization, and delivery of enterprise-scale digital products across multiple Agile teams.
  2. Partner with Product Managers, business stakeholders, engineering teams, QA, UX, PMO, and Enterprise Architecture to align product strategy and execution.
  3. Drive product intake from ideation through backlog management, including Epics, Features, and user prioritization.
  4. Manage delivery milestones, project financials, budgets, risks, dependencies, and status reporting.

 

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale product delivery, product management, technical leadership, Agile project execution, stakeholder management, SDLC governance
Technical Skills Product Management, Product Delivery, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, SDLC, DevOps, SRE, Microservices, REST APIs, Java, Spring Boot, React, Microsoft Azure, Software Architecture,
Business / Domain Skills Product Strategy, Delivery Management, Stakeholder Management, Cross-functional Collaboration, Team Leadership, Roadmap Planning, Business Analysis, Budget Management
Communication Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience leading multiple Agile product teams in enterprise environments.
  2. Strong understanding of cloud technologies (preferably Azure), microservices architecture, and REST APIs.
  3. Experience mentoring engineering teams and leading Agile transformations.
  4. Strong knowledge of software delivery lifecycle, DevOps, Quality Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
