Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements while evaluating existing processes and recommending effective solutions.
- Support project planning, work estimation, scheduling, and coordination to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations while communicating technical and business information to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, resolve issues, and support system implementation initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Experience | 8+ years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, and business process improvement within enterprise IT environments. |
| Technical Skills | Business Analysis, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Requirements Gathering, Process Documentation, Data Analysis, Project Planning |
| Business / Domain Skills | Business Process Analysis, Stakeholder Management, Project Coordination, Problem Solving, Report Writing, Process Improvement |
| Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
| Documentation | Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
| Work Authorization | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with government programs, regulatory compliance, or public sector organizations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting project planning, business process improvement, and system implementation initiatives.
