Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application support tickets using technical documentation, system requirements, test environments, and historical defect information.
- Perform SQL-based data analysis to investigate incidents, identify trends, validate issues, and support root-cause analysis.
- Review functional documentation and system changes to maintain knowledge of application functionality and provide accurate technical support.
- Collaborate with help desk, business, development, and defect-management teams to escalate issues, communicate resolutions, and maintain service quality.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Experience | 2+ years of experience in help desk, application support, technical support, systems analysis, or a related IT environment. |
| Technical Skills | SQL, Application Troubleshooting, Incident Management, Functional Documentation, Ticketing Systems, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Test Environment Support, Root-Cause Analysis |
| Business / Domain Skills | Customer Support, Issue Resolution, Requirements Analysis, SLA Management, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Business Application Support |
| Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
| Documentation | Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
| Work Authorization | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise applications or integrated business systems.
- Familiarity with service desk/help desk operations, ticket management, and defect-tracking processes.
