Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and data requirements for financial analytics and enterprise technology initiatives.
  2. Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, acceptance criteria, and source-to-target data mappings.
  3. Support data integration, reconciliation, data quality validation, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  4. Analyze defects and data discrepancies, coordinate resolution with technical and vendor teams, and support implementation readiness and post-production stabilization.

    Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise technology implementations, data integration, analytics, or financial systems.
Technical Skills Requirements Analysis, Data Mapping, SQL/Data Analysis, ETL Processes, Data Integration, Jira/Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Excel
Business / Domain Skills Business Process Analysis, Financial Data & Reconciliation, Wealth Management, Brokerage & Financial Services, UAT/SIT, Data Quality & Validation
Communication Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience in Wealth Management, Brokerage, Banking, Capital Markets, or Financial Services, with knowledge of cash management, deposits, liquidity, or financial analytics.
  2. Experience supporting third-party SaaS/vendor implementations, APIs, file-based integrations, ETL processes, and enterprise data flows.
  3. Experience with financial reporting, BI/analytics platforms, data governance, SSO/IAM concepts, and cross-functional requirements workshops.Equal Employment Opportunity Statement
