Job Title: Customer Success Services Specialist

Required Qualifications:
- Engage with customers via phone and email to collect, analyze, and validate licensing and usage data
- Manage software licensing, agreements, and entitlements across enterprise environments
- Analyze data and generate reports aligned with client-defined playbooks
- Provide actionable insights on licensing, deployment, and compliance to drive ROI
- Support and manage complex agreement and product migrations, including SSO setup and asset transitions
- Act as a subject matter expert on Admin Consoles, licensing models, and SaaS environments
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Sales teams, and stakeholders to drive adoption and retention
- Perform data analysis using Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools
- Support IT Asset Management (ITAM) initiatives and educate stakeholders on best practices
- Ensure compliance with licensing agreements, security standards, and data policies
- Manage escalations and build strong relationships with enterprise clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
