Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Data Scientists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and implement generative AI solutions to support enterprise analytics and business initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, integrate, and optimize AI-powered tools and applications.
- Develop AI best practices, technical documentation, training materials, and enablement resources for end users.
- Monitor AI solution performance, promote responsible AI adoption, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Experience | 6+ years of experience in AI engineering, generative AI solutions, and enterprise application development with cross-functional collaboration. |
| Technical Skills | Generative AI, Python, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), GitHub, API Integration, Prompt Engineering, Machine Learning, AI Observability |
| Business / Domain Skills | AI Enablement, Cross-functional Collaboration, Technical Training, Solution Architecture, Process Improvement, Stakeholder Communication |
| Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
| Documentation | Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
| Work Authorization | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing enterprise AI applications, knowledge management, and AI enablement solutions.
- Knowledge of responsible AI practices, AI governance, and modern software development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence technical and business teams.
