Job Title: Database Administrator

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with PostgreSQL and Oracle Database Administration
  • Hands-on experience with AWS RDS and Aurora PostgreSQL
  • Knowledge of MySQL database environments
  • Experience with database performance tuning and monitoring tools
  • Strong understanding of replication, high availability, and disaster recovery
  • Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, CloudFormation, DMS, and SCT
  • Experience working in enterprise cloud database environments
  • Knowledge of database security and compliance standards
  • Experience supporting large-scale production systems
  • Install, configure, administer, and maintain PostgreSQL and Oracle databases
  • Manage AWS RDS and Aurora PostgreSQL environments
  • Monitor database performance and optimize queries, indexes, and configurations
  • Implement backup, recovery, replication, and disaster recovery strategies
  • Perform Oracle installation, upgrades, and ASM administration
  • Ensure database security, compliance, and access control standards are maintained
  • Support database migration, automation, and cloud modernization initiatives
  • Develop and maintain database schemas, stored procedures, and functions

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
