Job Title: Deputy Workday Functional Lead

Required Qualifications:

• Support Workday Financials implementation including configuration and tenant builds
• Assist in functional design, business process mapping, and system setup
• Participate in system testing (SIT/UAT) and validate system functionality
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment
• Maintain documentation including functional specs, SOPs, and test cases
• Support data validation, reporting, and system integration activities
• Assist in program management activities including planning, tracking, and reporting
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional support
• Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
