Job Title: Endpoint Engineer

Required Qualifications:

• Manage and support enterprise endpoint environments across Windows and macOS platforms
• Configure and administer SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, and JAMF Pro environments
• Perform software deployments, patch management, imaging, and endpoint recovery activities
• Support device compliance, MDM/MAM policies, and conditional access configurations
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to support cyber recovery and remediation efforts
• Troubleshoot endpoint-related issues and provide technical support for enterprise users
• Maintain endpoint security standards, system health, and operational documentation
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, policy enforcement, and system optimization initiatives
• Monitor endpoint environments and ensure high availability and performance
• Strong experience with SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, and JAMF Pro
• Experience supporting endpoint recovery, incident response, or cyber recovery initiatives
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 environments
• Experience with software deployment, patch management, imaging, and endpoint security

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
