Job Title: Export Controls & Sanctions Manager

Required Qualifications:

• Lead export controls and sanctions advisory engagements from scoping through delivery.
• Interpret and apply ITAR, EAR, and OFAC regulations across business operations.
• Conduct jurisdiction and classification analyses, licensing reviews, and end-use/end-user assessments.
• Design and enhance export compliance programs, including policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Advise on ERP and cloud system configurations related to sovereign data and export-controlled technologies.
• Develop governance models for technology transfers, cross-border collaboration, and deemed exports.
• Conduct risk assessments and establish monitoring, testing, and remediation frameworks.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of regulatory analyses and client deliverables.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
