Job Title: Functional Analyst

Required Qualifications:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for Integrated Eligibility system enhancements.
• Design solutions and create functional design documentation.
• Perform system impact analysis for new changes and enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Coordinate with development and testing teams (including USI) for implementation.
• Support and conduct JAD (Joint Application Development) sessions.
• Assist in LOE (Level of Effort) estimation for enhancements.
• Provide functional support during SIT and UAT phases.
• Document requirements, workflows, and meeting minutes.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and system capabilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
