Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Information Technology Project Managers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Own and prioritize the product backlog by translating business needs into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product management, and technical teams to define requirements and deliver product enhancements.
- Support Agile planning, sprint execution, testing, release planning, and continuous product improvement initiatives.
- Monitor product delivery, manage risks and dependencies, and communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Experience | 6+ years of experience in product ownership, Agile product delivery, business analysis, and enterprise application development. |
| Technical Skills | Product Ownership, Agile Methodology, JIRA, Confluence, Backlog Management, User Story Development, Requirements Gathering, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) |
| Business / Domain Skills | Product Management, Stakeholder Management, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Process Improvement, Risk Management, Cross-functional Collaboration |
| Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
| Documentation | Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
| Work Authorization | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing enterprise digital products using Agile or SAFe methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with enterprise finance or business management applications.
