Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand enterprise processes and system dependencies.
- Analyze complex data flows, APIs, and data pipelines to validate business information.
- Develop business process models, workflow diagrams, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Perform investigative analysis to identify data inconsistencies and business process gaps
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Experience | 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise applications, business process analysis |
| Technical Skills | Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, APIs, REST Services, Data Pipelines, Functional Specifications, Workflow Analysis, Data Mapping, Technical Documentation, Agile, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office |
| Business / Domain Skills | Business Process Analysis, Stakeholder Management, Investigative Analysis, Enterprise Data Analysis, Dependency Mapping, Decision Support, Cross-functional Collaboration, Risk Analysis, Operational Reporting |
| Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
| Documentation | Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
| Work Authorization | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in enterprise data-intensive environments.
- Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations.
- Experience supporting Agile software development projects.
