Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Management Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Support business process analysis, solution definition, and requirements throughout the SDLC.
- Work with Agile teams to support planning, delivery, refinement, testing, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze data, reporting, and operational needs to help identify solutions and improve business outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Experience | 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, business process analysis, and Agile software delivery. |
| Technical Skills | Business Requirements Gathering, Requirements Analysis, SDLC, Agile Design & Delivery, Business Process Analysis, Data Analysis, Jira/Azure DevOps, Functional Documentation |
| Business / Domain Skills | Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Stakeholder Management, Agile Delivery, Data & Reporting Solutions, Solution Evaluation |
| Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
| Documentation | Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
| Work Authorization | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |

- Experience supporting high-velocity Agile delivery teams and collaborating closely with engineering teams throughout the SDLC.
