Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Marketing Managers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop and leverage senior executive relationships across commercial and government space organizations to generate net-new business opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and shape strategic pursuits across satellite communications, earth observation, on-orbit services, and ground infrastructure.
- Partner with sales leaders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to convert industry relationships into qualified opportunities and client engagements.
- Represent the organization at executive meetings and industry events while supporting commercialization and growth of space technology solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Experience | 15+ years of experience in space industry business development, sales, executive leadership, or senior operator, prime, or government agency roles. |
| Technical Skills | Business Development, Sales Strategy, Strategic Account Development, Opportunity Qualification, Executive Relationship Management, Market Analysis, Pursuit Strategy, Client Engagement |
| Business / Domain Skills | Commercial Space Industry, SATCOM, Earth Observation, On-Orbit Services, Ground Infrastructure, Government & Defense Space |
| Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
| Documentation | Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
| Work Authorization | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience commercializing space technology products or services and developing net-new commercial accounts.
- Established relationships with national security space organizations such as U.S. Space Force, Department of Defense, or NASA.
