Required Qualifications:

• Plan and implement performance testing strategies including load, stress, spike, and endurance testing.
• Design and develop test scripts, workload models, and test scenarios.
• Execute performance tests and validate system behavior across environments.
• Monitor applications and infrastructure using tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, and AWS CloudWatch.
• Analyze system metrics (CPU, memory, I/O, threads, DB performance) to identify bottlenecks.
• Perform root cause analysis using logs, traces, and monitoring tools.
• Recommend and implement performance optimizations such as query tuning, caching, and configuration improvements.
• Strong experience in Performance Engineering and Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, and AWS CloudWatch.
• Knowledge of observability practices and monitoring frameworks.
• Experience designing and executing load, stress, spike, and endurance tests.
• Strong understanding of system performance metrics (CPU, memory, I/O, GC, threads, DB).
• Experience with log analysis, tracing, and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Experience in performance tuning, query optimization, and system configuration.
• Familiarity with microservices and distributed systems architecture.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
