Job Title: Performance Test Specialist

Required Qualifications:

• Design and develop comprehensive performance test strategies and plans
• Execute load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing to assess system performance
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using tools such as HP LoadRunner and Apache JMeter
• Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimization strategies
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues
• Manage and prepare test data to support performance testing scenarios
• Monitor system behavior under load and ensure application reliability and availability
• Generate detailed performance reports and present findings to stakeholders
• Support continuous performance improvement and tuning initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
