Job Title: PMO Analyst

Required Qualifications:

• Support project teams in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans using Microsoft Project.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Generate status reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate updates and alignment.
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies and support mitigation efforts.
• Conduct quality reviews of deliverables and documentation.
• Assist in managing SDLC activities across Agile and Waterfall projects.
• Prepare meeting minutes, presentations, and reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all project artifacts.
• Support continuous improvement of PMO processes and reporting standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
