Job Title: Product Owner – Corporate Finance

Required Qualifications:

• Own and manage the product backlog for Corporate Finance product areas.
• Translate product vision and strategy into epics, features, and user stories.
• Define clear acceptance criteria and Definition of Done/Ready.
• Prioritize backlog items based on business value, firm objectives, and market needs.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement).
• Collaborate with business, engineering, risk, compliance, and operations teams.
• Support business case development including value, assumptions, dependencies, and risks.
• Define and track success metrics (adoption, usability, cycle time, defects, etc.).
• Monitor sprint progress and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Identify and mitigate risks impacting project delivery.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
• Work with Digital Finance platforms such as PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion, Coupa, OneStream.
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies (SAFe/Scrum/Kanban).

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
