Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with enterprise/education data systems (LEA/vendor level preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Experience training and supporting team members
• Preferred: Software documentation and technical writing experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
