Job Title: Production Support Analyst

Required Qualifications:

• Monitor and support production applications, integrations, and infrastructure.
• Manage and resolve production incidents, including Severity 1, 2, 3, and 4 issues.
• Troubleshoot and support IBM DataPower, IBM MQ, Managed File Transfer (MFT), and EDI transactions.
• Analyze logs, alerts, and system performance using monitoring tools such as Splunk.
• Support production deployments, release activities, and operational readiness processes.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, business, and vendor teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, support guides, and production playbooks.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with operational, security, and support standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
