Required Qualifications:

• Provide production support for enterprise applications, ensuring system stability and availability.
• Monitor application performance and identify production issues proactively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and system-related issues in a timely manner.
• Write and execute SQL queries to analyze and resolve data-related issues.
• Support applications developed using Java and J2EE technologies.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to deploy application updates and fixes.
• Maintain and update production support documentation, runbooks, and incident reports.
• Provide technical support to end users and stakeholders for application-related issues.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support critical systems and resolve high-priority incidents.
• Follow Agile/SAFe methodologies for system maintenance, enhancements, and operational support.
• Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and incident management processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
