Job Title: Production Support Specialist

Required Qualifications:

• Must have experience with State Government programs with knowledge / hands on experience in design, development, testing, and deployment of large scale web based automated integrated eligibility, Medicaid, child support, welfare and similar systems.
• Proficiency in SQL for database querying and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of Java / J2EE or similar application technologies.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in production support or application support roles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
