Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage large-scale IT and business transformation projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and project documentation.
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery, governance compliance, and achievement of project objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Experience | 8+ years of experience managing large-scale IT or business transformation projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies. |
| Technical Skills | Project Management, Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid Methodology, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Risk Management |
| Business / Domain Skills | Stakeholder Management, Budget Management, Resource Planning, Change Management, Project Governance, Executive Reporting |
| Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
| Documentation | Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
| Work Authorization | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing enterprise system implementations, data systems, or business applications.
- Experience working in public sector or government environments is preferred.
