Job Title:  Salesforce QA Analyst

Required Qualifications:

• Must have experience with State Government programs with knowledge / hands on experience in design, development, testing, and deployment of large scale web based automated integrated eligibility, Medicaid, child support, welfare and similar systems.
• Experience in QA testing for Salesforce applications.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS).
• Experience with Omni Studio components testing.
• Strong knowledge of manual testing, test case creation, and defect tracking.
• Understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Prior experience working on large-scale Salesforce or GPS projects.
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
