Job Title: Red Hat OpenShift (OCP) Administration Lead

Required Qualifications:

• Administer, maintain, and support OpenShift and Kubernetes environments.
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Manage containerized application platforms to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
• Implement automation solutions for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational tasks.
• Collaborate with development, cloud, security, and operations teams to support application deployments and platform enhancements.
• Configure and manage networking, storage, access controls, and platform security policies.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices to streamline application delivery.
• Strong experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes administration.
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat Linux environments.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms, preferably AWS.
• Knowledge of DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Experience with GitLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins, or similar DevOps tools.
• Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
• Experience with container security, IAM, RBAC, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
