Job Title: Scrum Master

Required Qualifications:

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support Program Increment (PI) Planning, Iteration Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
• Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Scrum and Agile best practices.
• Promote collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments affecting team delivery.
• Ensure teams maintain a healthy backlog and clear Definition of Done (DoD).
• Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and cumulative flow.
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and program leadership for cross-team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
