Required Qualifications:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Guide teams in Agile and SAFe methodologies to ensure efficient and timely delivery
• Act as a servant leader by removing impediments and enabling team productivity
• Manage and track work using Azure DevOps (ADO) or MS TFS, including boards, queries, and iteration paths
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog
• Monitor team performance using Agile metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Support release planning and coordination across multiple teams in a SAFe environment
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and high performance
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular status updates

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
