Required Qualifications:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Develop clear user stories, use cases, and functional specifications aligned with business objectives
• Analyze and improve business processes through re-engineering and workflow optimization
• Create wireframes, mockups, and process flows following UX best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business stakeholders
• Support all phases of the SDLC, including requirements, design, testing, and deployment
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications
• Utilize tools such as Jira and requirements management platforms to track and manage work
• Apply basic AI and automation concepts to support feasibility analysis and solution design
• Maintain high-quality documentation, reports, and deliverables
• Support testing efforts including validation of requirements and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Ensure alignment with organizational standards, policies, and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
