Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Required Qualifications:
- Analyze legacy applications, workflows, and business processes to identify modernization opportunities.
- Gather, document, and manage business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Translate legacy system functionality into modern web-based application requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to support project objectives and timelines.
- Review SQL-based data models, integrations, and system dependencies.
- Support Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities including planning, analysis, testing, and implementation.
- Create clear, complete, and testable requirements documentation and process flows
- Strong experience in legacy system analysis and modernization initiatives.
- Experience with SDLC processes for web-based application development.
- Expertise in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and documentation.
- Strong understanding of SQL databases, data models, and system integrations.
- Experience analyzing system workflows and identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Experience in Business Analyst or PM/BA roles.
- Experience converting legacy applications into web-based solutions.
- Experience working with .NET development teams and SQL databases.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile or Waterfall.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
