Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Required Qualifications:

• Analyze legacy applications, workflows, and business processes to identify modernization opportunities.
• Gather, document, and manage business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Translate legacy system functionality into modern web-based application requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to support project objectives and timelines.
• Review SQL-based data models, integrations, and system dependencies.
• Support Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities including planning, analysis, testing, and implementation.
• Create clear, complete, and testable requirements documentation and process flows
• Strong experience in legacy system analysis and modernization initiatives.
• Experience with SDLC processes for web-based application development.
• Expertise in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and documentation.
• Strong understanding of SQL databases, data models, and system integrations.
• Experience analyzing system workflows and identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Experience in Business Analyst or PM/BA roles.
• Experience converting legacy applications into web-based solutions.
• Experience working with .NET development teams and SQL databases.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile or Waterfall.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
