Job Title: ServiceNow QA Automation Engineer

Required Qualifications:

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Build and maintain UI-focused automated tests, including workspace navigation, forms, lists, and user interactions.
• Execute automated regression, smoke, and end-to-end test suites.
• Identify, document, and track defects; support defect triage and resolution.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify automation candidates and improve test coverage.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline and support release validation activities.
• Create and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, execution reports, and automation metrics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
