Job Title: SOC Monitoring Lead / Cybersecurity

Required Qualifications:

• Lead and manage a 24×7 SOC team providing continuous threat monitoring and response.
• Oversee security incident detection, investigation, escalation, and resolution.
• Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM and log management tools.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and risk analyses.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
• Provide regular reporting on security posture, incidents, and risk mitigation efforts.
• Support privileged access management (PAM) operations and governance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
