Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and support cloud-based integration and application solutions.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Develop, test, and maintain system integrations and data workflows.
- Support application management, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities.
- Participate in system integration, validation, and deployment activities.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Experience | 6+ years of experience in application development, system integration, data integration, and enterprise technology solutions, including experience leading development and support initiatives in complex environments. |
| Technical Skills | Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), Cloud Application Integration (CAI), Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, ReactJS, Mobile Development, iOS, Android, SQL, System Integration, Application Development, Application Management, Cloud Technologies, API Development, Testing, Troubleshooting, Technical Documentation |
| Business / Domain Skills | Business Process Automation, Solution Delivery, Requirements Gathering, Stakeholder Management, Technical Leadership, Application Support, Incident Management, Change Management, Process Improvement, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Project Delivery, Operational Support |
| Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Informatica IICS, IDMC, or Cloud Integration certifications preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience integrating mobile applications (iOS/Android) and React-based applications with enterprise services.
- Strong understanding of API-led architecture, microservices, and cloud-native integration patterns.
