Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications, custom components, and platform solutions following enterprise development standards.
- Develop and support system integrations, automation, and reusable components to improve application performance and maintainability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and Agile teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Implement continuous improvements through code optimization, AI-assisted development, CI/CD practices, and adherence to security and architectural best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Experience | 5+ years of experience in Salesforce application development, platform customization, system integration, Agile software development, and enterprise application delivery. |
| Technical Skills | Salesforce Development, CRM Platform Development, Application Integration, API Development, Low-Code Development, CI/CD, Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Assisted Development, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) |
| Business / Domain Skills | Business Requirements Analysis, Agile Methodology, Solution Design, Stakeholder Collaboration, Software Development Best Practices, Continuous Improvement |
| Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
| Documentation | Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
| Work Authorization | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing enterprise CRM solutions using modern cloud application development practices.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled development tools, enterprise integration patterns, and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience working in Agile environments with version control, automated deployments, and collaborative software delivery.
