Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices architecture.
- Participate in application modernization initiatives, including migration from monolithic applications to microservices-based architectures.
- Troubleshoot production issues, evaluate new technologies through proof-of-concepts, and collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Experience | Minimum 6–9 years of experience developing enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, containerization, Kubernetes, and AWS cloud technologies. |
| Technical Skills | Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, AWS, Amazon EKS, Kubernetes |
| Business / Domain Skills | Application Modernization, Cloud Migration, Cloud-Native Architecture, System Integration, Agile Development, Problem Solving |
| Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
| Documentation | Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
| Work Authorization | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience migrating monolithic applications to containerized microservices architectures.
- Experience designing and implementing Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for new tools and technologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
