Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Analyze business and technical requirements to design and develop ETL processes and data integration solutions.
- Develop, test, and optimize ETL workflows, SQL queries, and Python-based data processing solutions.
- Support production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-deployment support to ensure reliable system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams following SDLC and Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality data solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Experience | 5+ years of experience in ETL development, SQL programming, Python development, and enterprise data integration. |
| Technical Skills | ETL Development, SQL, Python, Unix, Data Integration, Data Transformation, Database Management, |
| Business / Domain Skills | Requirements Analysis, SDLC, Agile (SAFe), Data Validation, Problem Solving |
| Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
| Documentation | Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
| Work Authorization | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodologies and enterprise software development practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
