Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, configure, and maintain automated customer engagement journeys across multiple digital communication channels.
- Gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and support development and implementation activities.
- Troubleshoot, test, and optimize marketing automations and integrations to ensure reliable system performance.
- Collaborate with business, technical, and project teams to manage priorities, deliver enhancements, and support Agile initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Experience | 6–9 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, marketing automation, digital engagement solutions, SQL, and enterprise application integration. |
| Technical Skills | Marketing Cloud Platforms, SQL, JavaScript, APIs, Automation Tools, Integration Technologies, Jira, Data Management |
| Business / Domain Skills | Digital Marketing, Customer Engagement, Requirements Analysis, Agile Delivery, Stakeholder Management, Process Improvement |
| Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
| Documentation | Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
| Work Authorization | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |

Yes – At least one Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification
