Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop, customize, maintain, and support Windchill applications using Java and related technologies.
- Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes for enterprise application environments.
- Support cloud infrastructure, application deployments, testing environments, and performance-related activities.
- Collaborate with development and platform teams to troubleshoot issues, implement upgrades, and improve application reliability and deployment efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Experience | 6–9+ years of experience in software development, application support, and DevOps or deployment automation. |
| Technical Skills | Java, JavaScript, CI/CD, Cloud Platforms, Linux, Automated Testing, XML, DevOps Tools |
| Business / Domain Skills | Software Development, Application Support, DevOps Practices, Cloud Operations, Software Testing, Release Management |
| Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
| Documentation | Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
| Work Authorization | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automated testing and software quality practices.
- Experience supporting enterprise cloud environments and application infrastructure.
