Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Experience | 7 years of experience in software quality assurance, test automation, web application testing, performance testing, database validation, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) support. |
| Technical Skills | Software Testing, Test Automation, Web Application Testing, Performance Testing, SQL & Database Testing, Test Framework Development, Workflow Automation, Version Control |
| Business / Domain Skills | Quality Assurance, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Defect Management, Business Requirements Validation, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Continuous Improvement |
| Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
| Documentation | Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
| Work Authorization | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |
