Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design and implement enterprise test strategies, automation frameworks, and end-to-end test plans aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test scenarios to validate application functionality, performance, and quality.
- Lead testing activities, coordinate with cross-functional and offshore teams, monitor project timelines, and ensure successful test execution.
- Evaluate and incorporate AI-enabled testing techniques, analyze test results, manage defects, and recommend continuous improvements to testing processes.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Experience | Minimum 6–9 years of experience in manual and automation testing, test strategy, automation framework development, and enterprise software quality assurance. |
| Technical Skills | Test Automation, Manual Testing, Automation Frameworks, .NET, Microsoft Azure, Azure SQL, AI-Assisted Testing, Test Planning |
| Business / Domain Skills | Quality Assurance, Test Strategy, Business Process Validation, Defect Management, Stakeholder Collaboration, Agile Methodologies |
| Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
| Documentation | Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
| Work Authorization | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading enterprise testing initiatives and coordinating distributed testing teams.
- Experience using AI tools to improve testing strategies and automation efficiency.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
