Required Qualifications:

• Must have experience with State Government programs with knowledge / hands on experience in design, development, testing, and deployment of large scale web based automated integrated eligibility, Medicaid, child support, welfare and similar systems.
• Strong programming experience in Java, .NET, or similar object-oriented languages.
• Experience designing software frameworks and reusable components.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Experience with REST APIs and application integration.
• Knowledge of software architecture principles and SDLC.
• Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
