Required Qualifications:

• Must have experience with State Government programs with knowledge / hands on experience in design, development, testing, and deployment of large scale web based automated integrated eligibility, Medicaid, child support, welfare and similar systems.
• Strong experience with Java and J2EE technologies.
• Experience with Spring or Spring Boot frameworks.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of message queues or distributed systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
