Job Title: System Training Instructor

Required Qualifications:

• Experience delivering end-user and system training programs
• Strong classroom and virtual facilitation skills
• Experience with LMS platforms, Microsoft Teams, and virtual collaboration tools
• Ability to create and deliver role-based and scenario-driven training content
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions for end users, support teams, and stakeholders
• Facilitate classroom, remote, and hands-on system training activities
• Support go-live readiness through user training and knowledge transfer initiatives
• Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and instructional documentation
• Conduct scenario-based and role-specific training sessions to improve user adoption
• Support train-the-trainer activities and technical knowledge transfer sessions
• Coordinate with project, business, and technical teams to stay aligned on system updates and workflows
• Assist help desk and support teams with system-related troubleshooting and user support processes
• Utilize LMS platforms, training environments, and collaboration tools to manage training activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
