Job Title: Systems Analyst

Location: Raymond, ME/Remote

Required Qualifications:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Facilitate detailed system design discussions and functional workshops
• Collaborate with technical, development, and QA teams throughout the SDLC
• Support development and testing cycles for system enhancements and initiatives
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and system workflows
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure requirements alignment and project success
• Assist with issue analysis, system validation, and solution recommendations
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation activities
• Experience with System Design and Requirements Gathering
• Strong knowledge of Eligibility & Enrollment (E&E) systems
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and documentation abilities
• Experience working within SDLC environments
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
