Required Qualifications:

• Gather and document business requirements for Workday Recruiting implementations
• Configure and support Workday Recruiting applications
• Implement confidential requisitions and candidate processes
• Design and maintain Workday business processes, security, and workflows
• Develop and support Workday reports and data analysis
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support
• Workday Security (Domain, Business Process, User-Based Security)
• Workday Business Process Framework
• Workday Configuration & Implementation
• Confidential Requisitions & Candidate Management
• Workday Reporting & Data Analysis
• Requirement Gathering & Documentation
• Large-scale Workday Recruiting implementation experience
• Experience with confidential hiring processes
• Strong HR systems knowledge
• Advanced Workday reporting tools
• Experience in enterprise/global HR environments

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
