Required Qualifications:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using Java 17 and Spring Boot Microservices.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services to support HR and severance-related business processes.
• Develop and optimize database solutions using PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in system integration, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain user-facing components using ReactJS.
• Support reporting and analytics requirements using Qlik.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, process flows, and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
