Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead the design, development, and support of enterprise mobile applications while providing technical leadership to development teams.
- Define application architecture, coding standards, and development best practices to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, resolve technical issues, mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Experience | 12+ years of experience in native mobile application development, technical leadership, architecture design, Agile delivery, and enterprise mobile solution development across iOS and Android platforms. |
| Technical Skills | Mobile Application Development, Native Mobile Development, REST APIs, Mobile Architecture, CI/CD, Version Control, Application Integration, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) |
| Business / Domain Skills | Technical Leadership, Agile Development, Application Architecture, Team Mentoring, Stakeholder Collaboration, Solution Delivery |
| Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
| Documentation | Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
| Work Authorization | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading enterprise-scale mobile application development projects.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in consulting, healthcare, or other regulated enterprise environments.
