Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Analyze business processes, user requirements, and operational needs to identify opportunities for SAP functionality and process improvement.
- Design and configure SAP solutions, primarily across SAP Customer Service and Service Management, to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain functional specifications, process flows, configuration documentation, and other solution documentation.
- Troubleshoot SAP application and configuration issues and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to resolve integration and system challenges.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Experience | 10+ years of experience in SAP business analysis, solution design, configuration, and implementation, including strong SAP Customer Service experience and related enterprise processes. |
| Technical Skills | SAP Customer Service (CS), SAP Service Management (SM), SAP Configuration, SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC), SAP Integration, Requirements Analysis, Functional Specifications, Process Flow Documentation |
| Business / Domain Skills | SAP Business Analysis, Customer Service Operations, Service Management, Order-to-Cash Processes, Quoting & Service Contracts, Stakeholder Management |
| Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
| Documentation | Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
| Work Authorization | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced experience with SAP Service Management and integration across Customer Service, Order-to-Cash, quoting, and service contract processes.
- Experience supporting SAP implementations, enhancements, configuration, testing, and production issue resolution.
