Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Information Technology Project Managers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Plan, coordinate, and manage software release schedules, timelines, and deployment activities across multiple development teams.
  2. Identify, track, and mitigate cross-team dependencies, release risks, and production issues to ensure successful software delivery.
  3. Facilitate release readiness reviews, coordinate stakeholder communications, and support release governance throughout the software development lifecycle.
  4. Continuously improve release management processes, documentation, metrics, and collaboration with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams.

 

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience 6+ years of experience in release management, project coordination, or Agile software delivery within enterprise environments.
Technical Skills Release Management, Jira, SAFe Agile, CI/CD, DevOps, Release Planning, Risk Management, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Business / Domain Skills Project Coordination, Stakeholder Management, Process Improvement, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Change Management, Communication
Communication Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience supporting Agile software delivery and enterprise release management processes.
  2. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
